The male in the above photo is going to go to state prison for at least five years. He might even do federal times as well. All that stemming from a disturbance inside the Yala Habibi Market located on the 5000 block of North 5th Street. As soon as he walked in the door, police said, he stared an argument with the clerk.
Within minutes, he broke into the restricted area behind the counter and then assaulted the clerk, before pointing a gun at him. The male made off with about $1000.00 police said. He ran away on foot.According to police, he went going south bound on N. 5th St and west bound on Ashdale. Local store owners reported to police this male is known to hang in the area of N. 5th St.
The male was carrying a backpack that was full.
