It was last night when a woman entered her home on the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive in Middletown Twp. and found her husband dead. He had been decapitated and according to police, his head was located inside of a plastic bag, which was inside of a cooking pot in a first-floor bedroom next to the bathroom. Police located bloody rubber gloves in another first-floor bedroom and more bloody rubber gloves in a trashcan next to a desk in that room. Police also found a machete and another large knife was discovered the bathtub.
Their son, Justin Mohn, was not in the house but police found he made a Youtube video ( that has since been taken down) showing him picking up the decapitated head of his father, identifying him by name and as his father. The father, 68-year-old Michael F. Mohn. had a 2009 Toyota Corolla which was missing.
Police put out an APB on the car and officers in Fort Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania stopped the vehicle and took the younger Mohn into custody.
Justin Mohn was charged early Wednesday with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Lisa J. Gaier who sent him to Bucks County Correctional Facility without bail. He made unsubstantiated claims about his father working for the government and his video was called disturbing and rambling by those that saw it.
