A July 4th Party Right In The Northeast


What are you going to do on July 4? Do you want to see fireworks? Are you hesitant to travel downtown and fight the traffic?Then stay up here. On the 4th of July there will be a party at the Linden Ave. boat launch, that is geared for everyone.

Put forth by State Street Events and One River Alliance, this promises to be something for everyone. According to Melissa Michalczyk, of State Street Events, “We are going to have two Moon bounce houses, axe throwing stations, obstacle course’s and of course food,”.

The food providers will be :Food trucks & food tents: Spuddy buddy Fry Factory Biz Empire Brown Family Concession, Kandy Ices, Grubaholics , Good Kaarma food truck, Mr. Big Stuff cookie ,Grandma Italian ices

Awesome Lil’ cupcakes Beach Bean Coffee Mr. Burgers, Nj Pickle Company, La Cocinera food tent.

 

Residents from New Jersey are able to go to Delran and see the fireworks there.

Fireworks go off at 9:15pm on the River. They will be shot off from a barge.

“I wanted this to have a Jersey Shore type feel to it, with all of the vendors and games, Michalczyk said. There will be live bands as well. Already booked are Philly Heart & Soul ,Ryan Bierderman ,Lou Kramer ,Stuart Cohen, Milly Nash from Parallel 37.

Parking is along state Road and it’s free. It is possible some businesses may charge for lot parking. Ride share or cab is best as Linden Avonne will be closed to traffic. Michalczyk advised those with small children to bring a wagon with supplies.
