Back on June 30, 2024, a police officer in Philadelphia was flagged down on Castor Avenue about 3:17 AM and informed of a body in the street on the 1400 block of Kerper Street. Police also were getting 911 calls for a “person with a gun” at the same location.
When officers arrived, they found Carlton Brown of the 1`300 block of Knorr Street had been shot once in the head. Police and EMS tried to save him but could not. He was pronounced dead at 3:24 AM, police said.
Police tracked down security cameras footage that show their suspect. They just have to identity him to get a warrant for his arrest.
