On July 27,2024, Warrington Police were calling to the Regal Cinema on Easton Road. A male was acting erratically and had just allegedly assaulted a cinema employee. Upon arrival of officers, they saw Carlos Gerardo Orozco in the parking lot. He was attempting to fight people, police said.
As officers tried to speak with him, they said he became even more agitated He then allegedly refused to listen to officers. He refused to be placed under arrest and police had to taze him. A decision was made to take Orozco to a local hospital Warrington Police said..
While attempting to place Orozco onto the stretcher he continued to resist and slammed his head into an officer’s face. Orozco was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Harassment and Public Drunkeness. He was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
