On March 26, 2024 a male wheeled merchandise from the ACME store in Lower Southampton Township, in Bucks County. The merchandise was not paid for. Lower Southampton is on the border with Philadelphia. Detectives only had to look across the county line to identify the alleged thief as John C Marks, a resident of Philadelphia. The police just posted this wanted information this week for him.
They have issued an arrest warrant for him to face theft charges. So far he has eluded arrest. Police want to get a tip if anyone knows where he is or where he frequents. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 350 pounds.
