Philadelphia Police said that two men, who were out walking a dog at 3:10 AM this morning near Elkhart and Almond Streets were approached by a White male in his late 50s with a grey beard. He was last seen wearing a grey zip-up jacket, long pants, and black shoes. He started an argument with the two men and then pulled a gun and fired several rounds, police said.
The two males, sustained gunshots.A 35-year-old male, was struck once in the arm and is in stable condition. Complainant #2, a 27-year-old male, was struck four times in the chest, once in the neck, and twice in the lower body. He is currently in critical condition.
The shooter was last seen running east on Elkhart Street. Police did not have information on the dog.
