Philadelphia Police are looking for Marvin Wicker. Police said that he was the driver that struck and killed a pedestrian on the 6500 block of Haverford Avenue on September 26 2024 at 8:38 PM.
He is wanted for Homicide by Vehicle and related offenses after fleeing the scene of the crash. He may be operating a silver, 2-door Chevrolet Cobalt and is considered armed and dangerous, police said. He may frequent the area of 5900 Haverford Ave.
It was during the evening of September 26,2024 that 14 year old Dawn Watson from the 900 block of North 66th Street. was crossing the street with her mother, when she was struck and killed by the vehicle. The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, according to police.
