Michelle Henry, Pa Attorney General announced the arrests of 22 people including several customers. who either ran or patronized a prostitution ring that preyed on young girls who were vulnerable. 52-year-old Terrance Jones was identified as the ringleader, Henry said. Jones was arrested on Friday and charged with corrupt organizations, trafficking in individuals, involuntary servitude, criminal conspiracy and related offenses.
Jones, Henry said posted ads for escorts and when someone would contact him, he would call himself “Julie in correspondence with prosecutive employees. Jenry said that by calling himself a females name, it helped females let their guard down. Jones is alleged to have run this operation from a house in the Northeast, on Disston Street.
The escort service was called “The Girlfriend Experience”. When a client purchased services, the girls were told to bill either $200.00 or $250.00 per hour. “”Julie: told the escorts to hand over the money to the drivers who would take them to dates.
On multiple occasions, drivers would take the girls money and then take them back to his house and rape them. One of the drivers was identified as Thomas Reilly. Jones own daughter was involved in the enterprise, Natoria Jones was the person that handled the cash, Attorney General Henry said.
The ring was in business from 2012 until 2023, Henry said. Jones was charged with corrupt organizations, trafficking in individuals, involuntary servitude, criminal conspiracy and related offenses.
Others arrested include James Rudolph, Rhaheem Hill and Joseph Franklin were charged. As well as 16 commercial sex buyers: Joseph Szegila, Christopher Wood, Stephen Osborne, Pasquale Difelice, Steven May, Michael Bonczak, Brian Smith, Christopher Bello, Jonathan Fellenz, Robert Brutsche, Kevin Bullock, Boris Volinsky, Brian Nice, Gary Ames, Grady Durham and Gregory Doto.
All will face charges ranging from patronizing prostitution to helping to run the organization.
