Philadelphia Police announced they have made an arrest in the double murder of Jocelynn Marshall a 36 year old female who resided on the 5500 block of Whitby Ave. and Terell Sanders a 39 year old male from the 1800 block of West Diamond Street This murder happened on December 19, 2024. Marshall was in a house owned by Sanders at the time of the murders.
Bilal Simmons a 46 year old male was arrested for Murder, and related gun charges this week. He is expected to be held without bail. No motive was given for the murders.
