Dynel Walker, 37, was arrested by police in Upper Moreland as he was in his vehicle charging a phone. Police said Walker is a suspect in five incidents that police are calling sexual assaults. In each of these instances, Walker is accused of saying something to the women and then placing his hands on them in in appropriate places without permission.
- July 18, 2025 — 19XX Spruce Street — 6:40 a.m.
The victim reported being sexually assaulted while walking her dog. - July 19, 2025 — 20XX Delancey Street — 3:13 a.m.
The victim was sexually assaulted while attempting to enter her apartment building. - August 2, 2025 — 16XX Waverly Street — 8:15 a.m.
The victim reported the suspect approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her. - August 3, 2025 — 4XX South 15th Street — 1:00 a.m.
The victim stated she was walking to her car when the suspect approached from behind and sexually assaulted her. - August 3, 2025 — 25XX Webster Street — 12:30 p.m.
The victim reported she was unlocking her front door when the suspect approached from behind and sexually assaulted her. During some of the assaults, the victim fought back and shoved Walker away police said.
Walker is said to live on the 13000 block of Philmont Avenue. The assaults happened in center city and in South Philly, police said.
