Fool Around and Find Out. Robert Rosado, 44, of Bingham Street in Philadelphia, learned that lesson the hard way when he was charged by the FBI this week with impersonating a federal agent and Hobbs Act Robbery. This after he robbed an auto repair facility on Harbison Avenue back in June.
It was in June when he drove a white van with red stripes on it and forced the clerk to hand over money. He told her that he was an ICE Agent and was dressed in all black. Rosado is alleged to have tied up the woman.
He made off with $1000.00. If he is convicted of federal charges, he can do up to 23 years in a federal prison, authorities said. You can read additional coverage here.
