Philadelphia Police got a call about a porch pirate on August 21 2025. It was about 4:20 PM and the homeowner was not present on the 1800 block of Delancey Place when a package was delivered. Unfortunately, a disheveled white female was on the block and saw the package. She had no idea of what was inside it, she just wanted it.
Most porch pirates are hoping for phones or electronics. More often than not it is a part for an electronic appliance or clothes that most probably will not fit.
She lifted it from the porch and took off east on Delancey Place with the package.
The description was a white female, disheveled pink shirt, white sneakers and blue jeans
