The City of Philadelphia offers a standard $20,000 reward for information on finding people wanted in homicides. The police are having a hard time tracking down Tyvine Jones, 24. He is responsible for at least three killings and the US Marshals have been asked to help find him.
Jones is charged with three separate murders in the city of Philadelphia. The first murder was August 2020 in the 2200 block of west Diamond street. The second was May 2022 in the 1600 block of Erie Avenue. The third was in September 2022 in the 1600 block of Creston Street. The victims were 16 years old, 20 years old, and 23 years old, and all succumbed to gunshot wounds. The Marshals Service Violent Crimes Fugitive Task is now assisting the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit in locating and apprehending Jones.
The Marshals will pay the moment Jones is arrested. They will not hold the reward until conviction. Jones stands 6 feet, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and goes by the alias “Eerd”. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of “Blumberg Baby” on his neck. He is a member of the “Blumberg” street gang with the last known address in the 2600 block of north Chadwick Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
“Tyvine Jones represents the very worst society has to offer. His disregard for human life poses a continued threat to the public and he should be considered armed and highly dangerous,” said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark. $25,000 is a lot of money and friends will stab one another in the back, and turn in a wanted friend to claim that reward money.
