Video surveillance footage helped police nab 64 year old Alaric Dalberg from Yardley. That same evidence, plus his confession resulted in him getting a prison sentence of two to 23 months in prison. Dalberg plead guilty to stalking, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment.
During the 2024 election cycle, Dalberg carried around an assortment of screws and nails at vehicles that displays Trump stickers or flags. One such incident was the targeting of an employee of Mccaffery’s Markets where he tossed items into parking spaces and caused tires to become flat, He targeted other Trump supporters in the Lower Makefield area as well.
During the sentencing, Judge Walace Bateman addressed Dalberg’s actions, emphasizing the calculated and unacceptable nature of the crimes. “It was not an aberration,” Judge Bateman stated, noting the deliberate nature of the crime spree. “Just because you disagree with their political views or personal views, do you decide to victimize them? It’s completely, unequivocally unacceptable to me.”
Dalberg will also have to pay restitution for all of the damage he caused. He will also be on probation for three years. Dahlberg was from Yardley Pa.
