Philadelphia Police reported that one male is dead, after being shot multiple times as he left a bar at 7th and Oregon Streets with a friend. This happened about 5:15 PM when the two left a bar and were walking on Oregon Avenue.
One male appeared and fired several shots before running away on foot. No arrests have been made. The shooting victim was rushed to Jefferson Hospital in center city where he was pronounced dead at 5:46PM, police said.
Detectives were on the block trying to locate security camera footage of the shooting. The male who was with the victim was not hurt, police said. No arrests have been made.
