Philadelphia Police have arrested 40-year-old Dwayne Robinson of the 6200 block of Langdon Street. after they said he fired some shots from a second story window on the 1100 block of W. Venango Street on November 17, 2025 about 1:40 AM.
When officers arrived at the scene they found the victim, 23-year-old Quamar Adams of Norristown, PA lying in between two parked vehicles. Police said he had been shot multiple times in the back. He was rushed to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:05 AM. The investigation revealed that Robinson allegedly fired at Adams from a second floor window.
Police did not give a motive for the murder. Robinson is charged with Murder, Violations of the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA), and related offenses, police said.
