On December 4 2025, police in Warrington Twp. were dispatched to an apartment on the 1100 block of Thomas Road. They were met by a female who showed officers that someone entered her apartment when she was not there and went on a destruction spree.

Officers learned that 36-year-old Eduardo Hernandez from Warrington, had entered her apartment while she was not home. Hernandez caused extensive damage inside the residence, including approximately 25 holes in the walls and ceiling, multiple cuts to the couch, a smashed glass globe, a smashed china cabinet, and two destroyed wall-mounted televisions, police said. The victim obtained an estimate for the damage, totaling $11,947.21. A warrant was subsequently issued for Hernandez’s arrest.

He was apparently upset their relationship was over. On December 9, Hernandez was located and arrested. He was arraigned on criminal mischief charges. His bail was set by District Justice Stacey Wertman at $50,000. Hernandez could not post this and he was carted away to the Bucks County Prison.
