Juvenile Delinquents Damage Property and Disturb Residents In Bensalem Neighborhood

by Alex Lloyd Gross

For the past several months, Bensalem residents in the area of Kasmir Drive and Alvin Avenue have been bothered by a small group of idiots that think it’s fun to knock on people’s doors then run away. It’s been going on since December and police and residents have had it. One resident’s garage door was damaged in the shenanigans.

Photos released by Bensalem Police show a group of delinquents acting a fool. It must be noted that in some cases, the delinquents have a cellphone in hand, possibly recording for social media. There are Tik-Tok “challenges” that are dangerous and stupid. The Tide Pod challenge comes to mind, when people were told to eat Tide Pods. That could kill you.

The “Door Kick ” challenge is where someone bangs on a door or kicks the door hard and runs away. That’s what looks like it’s going on here. This behavior is criminal and also dangerous as you do not know who will answer the doors or what they will do.

At times, these delinquents will wear masks or face coverings. Police can track the comings and goings of these delinquents by using security cameras. There is a WAWA nearby that the delinquents may frequent. That place has high tech security cameras officers can tap in to.

Should you know who these people are, Bensalem Police want to hear from you. You can remain anonymous. (215_ 633-3719
