Sex Offender Fails To Register, Gets Arrested In Warrington

by Alex Lloyd Gross

Nicholas Kelly of Warrington, 22, was convicted of a possessing child pornography and was required to register he address, workplace and vehicles that he may drive. While he complied with most of his requirements, police allege he failed register a vehicle.

Records showed Kelly completed registrations on May 14, 2025, and again on February 27, 2026, both of which clearly outlined these obligations. Kelly signed documentation acknowledging he understood the requirements under penalty of law.

He was observed driving an unregistered vehicle (to the Meagan’s Law registry) to a meeting. That vehicle also found that same vehicle at his residence. Kelly was charged with Failure To comply with registration requirements, which is a felony, police said

His original sentence was three years’ probation and he was allowed to travel out of state for work. The irony is that his probation would have expired early by a year had he complied with the rules set out for him.
