Philly Teenage Murder Suspect Nabbed In Colorado

Azzubair Outen-Fleming, 16 tried to hide from the US Marshals and authorities, after he and another juvenile, Kaiseem Smith allegedly murdered Billy Schmidt, a 22 year old for a cellphone on June 6 2026, just a few yards from his home. Fleming was arrested in Colorado, where he had distant family members

Authorities tracked him down set up a surveillance and spotted him. When they went to arrest him, he allegedly tried to conceal his identity. That did not work and they removed him from his Lomis Avenue home in Colorado Springs. He was taken to Zebulon Pike Youth Services Center, until he can be brought back to Philadelphia.

There is still a reward out for the arrest of Smith. $5000 by the US Marshals Office and $20,000 from the city of Philadelphia.

U.S. Marshals have already arrested Outen-Fleming’s stepfather, 35-year-old Dante Abdul Malik. He faces charges including hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence in connection with the case. According to Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, Smith was the one that fired the shots.

Both males will be charged with murder, authorities said.
