On July 4th at about 5:15 AM, two males were playing skills games inside the Sunoco station, located at Frankford Avenue and Knights Road. Then, for an unknown reason, they started to argue and as one of them got up to leave, he walked towards the door, pulled out a gun and fired at least one shot at the other man. He missed and no one was shot.
The shooter arrived in a GMC SUV vehicle and left in the same vehicle before police could arrive. The station was closed for a few hours so police could investigate the crime scene. Bensalem Police were notified in case the shooter fled into their jurisdiction. Police were not certain where he went after he left the property.
