Tashiramistique Cartagena, 34, of the 1800 block of Fuller Street was arrested by Philadelphia Police and charged with Aggravated Assault, after a shooting yesterday, at 3:12PM.
Police were called to the 1800 block of Fuller Street and found a male shot in the back. That male was rushed by police to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
The investigation found that the shooting was the result of a domestic argument, police said. They took Cartagena into custody . One handgun was recovered by police at the scene. There were no other injuries, police said. This matter is being investigated by the Shooting Investigation Group.
This area of Rhawnhurst is generally quiet and this is the first reported shooting in the 7th District this year.
