At least 50 pounds of pot was confiscated as were numerous pot smoking aides and THC laced food products. as cops stormed the party, it became clear that they were not going to  be able to transport and process multitudes of people. They offered amnesty to people to willingly surrendered their drugs before they let them leave. Before they left, they were searched.

Large amounts of pot are still illegal in the city. However,  James Kenney led the way to decriminalize small amounts of pot for personal use, when he was a councilman. Police will issue non criminal, civil citations, if they even bother .  Police could not be reached to find out the exact charges lodged against the 22 people that were arrested.
