Police have arrested 28 year old Brian Nathaniel Harris, 28, of Pond Street in Bristol Borough. They allege that he made photographs and video clips of children, some as young as aged two years old, This investigation started on Halloween of this year when a cyber tip was forwarded to police showing that Harris allegedly shared a photo of a pre pubescent girl, nude in the shower.
Authorities moved quickly and discovered that from 2008 through 2023 Harris allegedly had sexual contact with several children under the age of 12.
They secured a search warrant and found he was operating not only on Snapchat but on KIK and other applications. They found videos of Harris putting the gentiles of a 12 year old boy in his mouth. He is also alleged to have chats with another person with that cannot be printed here. These chats show that Harris enjoyed his exploits and some of these that were videotaped happened when the child was sleeping.
Harris might be related to one of the boys in the video, according to his chat, which was recovered by police. In fact, according to court records, police seized over 500 different files relating to the sexual abuse of children in Harris’ Phone or residence.. The sex abuse happened at homes in Falls Township, the Morrisville area and Bristol Borough, police said.

Charges against Harris include multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault of an unconscious person, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, knowingly photographing or filming a child sex act, dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility.
