Huntingdon Valley Resident Charged With Election Fraud

by Alex Lloyd Gross

The saying “Vote early and often” is meant to be a joke. Voting is restricted to one time per election per person. One male, Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania, was charged by information with falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud.

Pulley was registered to vote in Philadelphia and also in Broward County Florida. If that was not enough, authorities alleged that Pulley also registered to vote in Philadelphia in 2020. For that, he used a fake name and address.

it is alleged that Pulley requested a mail-in ballot to vote in Philadelphia, and voted in both Broward County and Montgomery County. In the 2022 general election, which included the election for United States Senator, Pulley allegedly voted in both Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.
