The remarks were done outdoors with the Delaware River in the background. Bullet resistant glass was strategically placed on the stage. It did not interfere with the sightlines of most of the attendees, who were older, and much less quiet than her rally just a few months ago at the Liacouras Center.

Harris said that Trump violated the oath he took when he did not accept the results of the 2020 election. Those that spoke called the mob at the United States Capitol “frightening”. This was not a policy speech or even a rally.

Pennsylvania is a key state and candidates have to win the electoral votes to be president. It can be done without winning Pa, but it is much harder. That is why both candidates are spending so much time here, with Trump holding a town hall that was derailed by medical emergencies. He stopped taking questions and stood on stage for 38 minutes, dancing to his playlist that was blaring over the speakers.
