Air Force Airman Arrested For Taking Girl To Dover Delaware For Sex

by Alex Lloyd Gross

Earlier this week, Falls Township Police had a report of a runaway 15 year old girl. She climbed out of the back window of her home in Vermillion Hills and was picked up by Dylan Williams, Police said. Williams was enlisted with the Air Force and served at Dover Air Force Base, which is where he was arrested.

The two two conversing via Snapchat, and Williams was sending inappropriate messages back and forth to the girl. These messages were sexual in nature and depicted his fantasies and even alluded to the fact that the two had met previously for sex. “You like that adult daddy lets you ( sexual explicit act) even tho you’re too young”

.On August 12, 2026 Williams then texted her and asked if she wanted to be kidnapped by her “Real bad Daddy”. On August 19, 2026, police said that the girl blocked Williams at his request an then went out her back window at 3:18 AM,

When the girl’s parents checked on her, they found her gone and her phone in her room. She left it at Williams’ instructions, presumably so her whereabouts could not be tracked. The parents saw some of the text messages. Police were called.

A forensic examination was done to her phone and it uncovered the Snapchat logs. Police tracked the phone’s location of the person talking with the 15 year old girl. That location was the Dover Air Force Base and the phone belonged to Williams.

Dover Police, along with AFB Police got a hold of Williams who then confirmed the girl was at his apartment. Police went there and got her.

While this investigation was going on, the town of Dover was hit by a Tornado. Williams faces charges of unlawful contact with a minor and related offenses. That does not include any charges that Dover Police may level. This case could also be prosecuted federally and could include a Court Marshal.
