Arrest Warrant Issued for Bristol Township Auto Zone Robbery Suspect On Street Road

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Bucks County man following a violent retail theft incident at the Feasterville Auto Zone that occurred late last month. Authorities are seeking 42-year-old Michael James Dundala of Bristol Township, Pennsylvania, in connection with a series of criminal charges stemming from an investigation launched on April 24, 2025.

According to the Lower Southampton Township Police Department, Dundala is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including Robbery, Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Possession of an Instrument of Crime. The charges relate to an incident that took place at approximately 5:45 p.m. at the Auto Zone located at 284 E. Street Road in Feasterville.

Police responded to a report of an altercation at the auto parts retailer, where Dundala allegedly engaged in a theft that quickly escalated into violence. Investigators say Dundala not only stole merchandise from the store but also threatened staff with a firearm. That bumped his charges up from simple theft to robbery. The fact that he robbed a business means the feds can prosecute under the Hobbs Act, if they so choose.

Detectives have been pursuing leads since the date of the incident and officially issued the arrest warrant earlier this week after identifying Dundala through investigation.

Michael James Dundala is currently at large. Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Lower Southampton Township Police Department immediately. He is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
