Suspect Arrested After Firing Handgun From Vehicle In Upper Southampton

by Dan Doyle – A chaotic incident unfolded in Bucks County on the afternoon of May 7 when a man was arrested after allegedly firing a handgun from a moving vehicle along a busy stretch of Street Road.

At approximately 2:46 p.m., Upper Southampton Township Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Street Road following reports of gunfire from a white Subaru Outback. Witnesses reported seeing a subject discharging a firearm from within the vehicle as it traveled through the area.

With swift inter-agency cooperation, the vehicle was located shortly thereafter by officers from the neighboring Lower Southampton Township Police Department. Authorities conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Street Road and Bustleton Pike, where the driver — identified as Mun Kim — was taken into custody without incident.

Kim, who police confirmed was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was found to be in possession of a firearm. Numerous shell casings were also recovered from inside the vehicle at the time of his arrest.

Kim now faces several charges, including possession of an instrument of crime and reckless endangerment, among other related offenses. There were no reported injuries resulting from the incident, and authorities have not disclosed a motive.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are urging anyone with additional information or relevant footage from the area to come forward.

Well, this dangerous idiot certainly needs to locked up.
AND….. have any or all of his firearms taken, along with revoking his gun licenses, IF he even has them.
A search of his home/car is mandatory too.
People like this are not welcome in a civilized society.
