Commuters on a SEPTA’s Regional Rail faced a frightening moment Tuesday morning when a fire broke out aboard an inbound Trenton Line train near the Levittown-Tullytown Station.

The fire, reported around 7:15 a.m. on the roof of the train, prompted a swift response from emergency crews. Approximately 100 passengers were safely evacuated as emergency crews attended to the fire. Thankfully, no injuries were reported and SEPTA said there were only minor commuter delays.
