WARMINSTER, PA — Warminster Township Police are being credited with arresting a man early Monday morning after catching him red-handed during a break-in at the Bunker Gun Shop on North York Road. At approximately 2:41 a.m. on July 7, officers quickly responded to an audible alarm coming from the rear of the gun shop, located at 549 N. York Road.

Upon arrival, officers checked the gun shop and surrounding stores in the commercial strip. While inspecting the area, they heard noises near the southeast corner of the building. Officers quickly confronted and detained a suspect, later identified as MD Aman Ullah, who was in possession of two stolen firearms: an FN SCAR 16S multi-caliber rifle and a CMMG MK4 5.56 caliber rifle.

Ullah was also carrying gun magazines, various types of ammunition, and was wearing black rubber-coated gloves. Additional tools and items recovered from Ullah included a hammer, a machete, and a knit face mask, police said. Investigators found the rear steel door of the gun shop had been forcibly pried open and that a security camera had been damaged.

Further inspection revealed that Ullah had also attempted to gain access by cutting a hole through the roof, causing significant damage to the structure and HVAC system. Ullah was taken into custody without incident and later arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Chris O’Neill.

Bail was set at $750,000, with 10% required for release. Ullah was committed to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. He is facing multiple felony charges, including burglary, criminal mischief, and theft-related offenses. This incident remains under investigation by Warminster Township Police.

Note: Criminal charges, and any reporting thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
