
Morrisville Borough Police Department Hiring Full-Time Police Officers

MORRISVILLE, PA – The Morrisville Borough Police Department is now accepting applications for full-time police officer positions, offering a competitive benefits package and a chance to serve in one of Bucks County’s active riverfront communities.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply ahead of the August 26, 2025, 3:00 p.m. deadline. All applications must be submitted in hard copy and date-stamped by the deadline. Applications can be picked up in person at the Morrisville Borough Police Department, located at 35 Union Street, during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- At least 21 years of age prior to application deadline
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Completion of Act 120 Police Training (prior to appointment)
- Physical and mental fitness to perform police duties
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Hiring Process:
- Written Examination: September 6, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. – Morrisville Borough Hall
- Physical Fitness Test: September 6, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. – Morrisville High School
Candidates who advance will be subject to a background check, as well as medical and psychological evaluations.
