Multiple Critically Injured In Head-On Crash On Bristol Road In Warrington

UPDATE 9:00 AM WARRINGTON POLICE CONFIRM THAT THREE TEENAGERS WERE KILLED IN THIS ACCIDENT. NAMES HAVE NOT YET BEEN RELEASED.

UPDATE 1:00 pm NOV 1 2025.The driver of the Toyota Camry, a 15-year-old male, is deceased. The front-seat passenger has been identified as Aziz Umidovich Amonov, an 18-year-old male from Feasterville/Trevose, PA, who is also deceased. Of the two rear-seat passengers, the 16-year-old male is deceased, and the 14-year-old male remains in critical condition at a Philadelphia hospital and is preparing for surgery.

WARRINGTON, PA – A violent head-on crash late Friday night in Warrington Township left multiple people in extremely critical condition and shut down a major roadway for hours as police and investigators worked through the wreckage.

According to Warrington Township Police, the collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. on October 31, 2025, in the 2600 block of Bristol Road, across from the former Fox Acute Center. Police, Fire, and EMS units were dispatched for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving possible entrapment and a vehicle on fire.

When first responders arrived, they discovered two heavily damaged vehicles a sedan carrying four occupants and an SUV with a single driver. Despite initial reports, there was no active fire when crews reached the scene.

Emergency personnel from Warrington Fire Company and Warrington Community Ambulance worked to extricate the injured and provide immediate medical care. Multiple victims were rushed to Abington Hospital in extremely critical condition, authorities said.

Warrington Police and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office Crash Reconstruction Team remained on scene late into the night to investigate the cause of the crash. Bristol Road was closed for an extended period, and motorists were urged to avoid the area.

“This was a major collision resulting in multiple life-threatening injuries,” police said in a statement. “At this time, officers are working to identify all of the injured occupants and notify their families.”

Due to the severity of the crash, officials are withholding the names of those involved until family notifications are completed. Police expect to release additional details once all victims have been identified.
