A  suspected drunk driver narrowly missed hitting a little boy in an apartment parking lot while he sped away in a pickup truck. He was speeding through the lot  because, as police said, he slammed into two other vehicles and did not want to face the consequences. The unknown driver then mowed down a fence and drove about 50 feet into a wooded area before being stopped by large trees. He wanted to argue and fight with first responders who rescued him from his truck and carried him on a backboard out of the woods.

The driver was coming out of a parking lot and drove across the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road in Bensalem, slamming into two cars and then driving off into the woods. The other two drivers,  who identified themselves as Al Corr and Rosa Jarro of Bensalem. Jarro went to the hospital to get checked out. Corr refused treatment and was not hurt.

All three vehicles were towed away.  Police said that it is too early to determine what charges the driver will face. One male who told police the driver was his friend, also said that he liked to drink at a bar in the shopping center from which the truck came.  It is a sure bet that police will look at security camera footage to determine if the driver is the same person and how much they had to drink it it was him.
