Bensalem Summer Concert Series Kicks off Wednesday Night with Doobie Brothers Tribute

Its Wednesday night and you’re itching to go out. Live music will sooth your soul. Well Bensalem Township has the panacea for you as its 12 week Summer Concert Series sounds off this week beginning with Doobie Others: A Tribute to the Doobie Brothers Band

The 12-Week series featuring cover/tribute bands performing the likes of Chicago, Bon Jovi and U2 and many more.

The series held at the Penn Community Bank Amphitheater 2400 Byberry Road, referred to as  the “jewl” of the township’s Central Park.  The amphitheater seats 3000, has plenty of parking, restrooms and concession stands too.

Season passes are still available for purchase at the Bensalem Township Municipal Building 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Passes cost $35 for Bensalem Residents and 45 for non-residents.

Admission for Bensalem residents is $5. Non residents $10 and Children are free.
