Grocery shoppers in the Langhorne area will have a new food shopping location next week.After 15- years,Aldi is moving its Langhorne store to a new location at 2339 E. Lincoln Hwy. A grand opening celebration with a ribbon cutting ceremony is planned at the new location for Thursday, July 11, starting at 8:45 a.m.Officials from ALDI say the new store will offer faster, smarter and easier shopping for customers.

The store’s layout features more refrigeration space to accommodate fresh products, company officials say. It’s part of a remodel plan that has seen Aldi increase its fresh food selection — including organic and easy-to-prepare options — by 40%.The

The new store hours will be from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday’s.

“The Langhorne community have been loyal Aldi customers since 2004, and we can’t wait to show them how we’ve continued evolving to meet their needs,” said Bob Grammer, Center Valley division vice president for the company. “Our new store offers an even easier shopping experience and features our high-quality products and affordable prices.”
