Thief Breaks Into Jewelry Store On Germantown Avenue

Philadelphia Police are looking for a male they want to put in jail. When he should have been staying home under quarantine, he was out stealing from a closed jewelry store at 2683 Germantown Ave.The burglary happened yesterday, April 20 at 10:30 AM. When the store was closed, this male gained entry to the shop. He made is way to the display cases and helped himself to jewellery that was in the display cases and fled in an unknown direction, police said.
He is described as a Black male, 45-50 years-of-age, facial hair, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and white sneakers. They got that description because even through the store was closed, the video cameras were running. Wanna see it for yourself? Go here.
