Two Arrested For Recent Fatal Hit and Run Accidents In Phila.

Philadelphia Police have reported that two males have been arrested and will face charges pertaining to two different, unrelated accidents, where a driver had left the scene of an accident and people died.
On Friday, January 7, 2022, at approximately 6:50 PM, Angela Kee, 64/F from the 100 block of East Godfrey Avenue, was struck by a hit and run driver at 6300 Crescentville Avenue. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
On Sunday, February, 27, 2022 Clarence Person 56/M was arrested and charged with the following:
Accident Involving Death (F2)
Homicide by Vehicle (F3)
Involuntary Manslaughter (M1)
Reckless Endangering Another Person (M2)
Unsafe Speed (S)
Careless Driving (S)
On Friday, January 21, 2022, at approximately 9:00 PM, Aster Techene Metike, 46/F from the 2500 block of South Gross Street was struck by a hit and run driver at 2700 Island Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, Rayven Pon, A/M from Philadelphia, turned himself in to AID HQ and was charged with the following:
