Former Attorney General, Kathleen Kane Arrested For DUI

Former Pennsylvania State Attorney General Kathleen Kane is on the wrong side of the law, again. Police said that in her hometown of Scranton PA, she was arrested for suspicion of DUI. This, after having been involved in an accident with another car.
She was released, pending the filing of formal charges later. No one was reported to be injured from the accident. police did not elaborate on if Kane was given a Field Sobriety Test, or if blood was drawn.
Kathleen Kane was the first woman elected to the post of Attorney General in 2013. She was for is famous for shutting down an investigation into democratic politics in Philadelphia. She sought to get revenge on the prosecutor that brought this to light. She was then convicted of leaking secret investigation material to the media.
She served a bit over eight months in jail. She was on probation at the time of the alleged DUI. It is unknown how that will impact her . She was required to serve a five year probationary term after her release from prison.She has since lost her license to practice law.
