Teenager Stabbed Multiple Times In Somerton

Philadelphia Police are investigating a stabbing that happened last night, March 14,2022 on Rennard Street, near Tomlinson Road. It was about 7:20 PM when a 17 year old male got into a confrontation with at least one other person, police said. That confrontation was in the parking lot of the Golden Gates Restaurant, police said. .
The youth was stabbed multiple times in the back with a knife. He was rushed to Holy Redeemer Hospital, where he was treated, then he was transferred to Jefferson Abington Hospital, where he is in stable condition. Police did not recover the knife used. Detectives are looking for security cameras that captured the stabbing.
