Argument Leads To Murder In Mayfair

One man is dead, following an argument with a neighbor on Sackett Street, near Wellington Street. This happened about 8:15 AM . The male, a resident of Wellington Street was at his pick -up truck which was parked on Sackett Street.
It was there that he was shot one time in his chest. The police know who they are looking for and anticipate a quick arrest. The male was taken by police to Jefferson Hospital, Torresdale Division, where he was pronounced dead. Police have not yet recovered any weapons.
Neighbors said that the male recently bought the truck and that he would park it on the curb.He recently started to park it on Sackett Street, around the corner. One neighbor who did not want to give his name speculated that the truck parking could have been the motive.
