Inmate Stabbed Inside Philadelphia Prison

An inmate inside the Detention Center was rushed to Nazareth Hospital after he was stabbed . Not many details are known, except he was stabbed eight times in his back.
There are no witnesses and the prison was placed on lock down pending the investigation. No weapon was recovered, which means, cells will be searched in that cell block for contraband. Police did not say where in the prison the stabbing happened or what kind of argument started it.
Police said the incident happened at 7:50PM last night.
