Repeat Offender Arrested For Child Porn Again, In Warrington

Police said that Thomas Joseph Plummer,of Doylestown has a prior arrest record for possession of child sexual material. He did his sentence and was in the community, On April 5,2024, Warrington Twp. Police got a cybertip that indicated someone uploaded child sex material to a Google account. That account was flagged and police were notified.
The investigation revealed that 46 images or video files were uploaded. They came from an account registered to Plummer. Those files, police said, contained child pornography.
On May 3, 2024 Law Enforcement Officers executed a search warrant on Plummer’s residence and several electronic devices were seized. A review of some of those items revealed additional video and image files containing CSAM. The analysis of the remainder of the electronic items is continuing.
Plummer was arrested and charged with having child pornography and related charges. He was sent to the Bucks County Prison under $1,000,000 bail by District Judge Stacy Wertman.
