Pizza Shop Owner Gets Prison For Killing Her Partner
Anna Maria Tolomello entered a plea of guilty to third-degree murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Hilltown Township Police and Bucks County Detectives charged Tolomello in March 2022 with shooting and killing Giovanni Gallina, 65. The two operated Pina’s Pizza in New Britain.
Yesterday, she learned her fate. She will do 18-40 years in a state prison. It was back in March of 2022,when Gallin’s family had not heard from him. When police went t0o the home fora welfare check, they were met at the door by Tolomello. She told police that she shot her partner in self defense and his body was wrapped in a tarp in the master bedroom of the house.
The body was there for 13 days.
When police looked at her phone and did a forensic audit, they believe she was using gambling apps just after the killing.
