Adult Takes Juvenile Shoplifting In Warrington

Terik Jefferson, of Philadelphia decided to come to the Ulta store in Warrington. He brought with him a backpack a face mask and a juvenile male. As the two were in the parking lot of the Valley Square Shopping Center, a police officer was there as well. The officer hung back and watched them go into the store with an empty backpack and Jefferson was wearing a face mask.

When they exited the store, the backpack was full and was carried by the juvenile. Jefferson took off his face mask.. An employee flagged down police and indicated that the two just stole. A check of the back pack revealed two flat irons that were not purchased. The value was $289.99.

Both were arrested. The juvenile was released to a family member, police said. Jefferson tried to give officers a fake name, police said. He was taken into custody and charged with Corruption Of the Morals Of a Minor, Retail Theft , providing fake ID to police and related charges. He is lodged in the Bucks County Prison under $150,000 cash bail.

Police said he has active warrants and court records show arrests for retail theft, and multiple charges of driving on a suspended license. Police reports list him as Tarik while court records show Terik.
