JD Vance, Who Once Disparaged Trump Is Now His Running Mate

In one of the worst kept secrets in the political world, JD Vance, a freshman Senator from Ohio has been tapped by Donald Trump to be his running mate. Vance could be the next Vice President Of the United States.
Critics are all over him, saying it is a bad choice. “Two white guys running” and asking where Trumps head was at when he picked Vance. When the republican was first announced, social media was quick to remember when Vance called Trump “America’s Hitler”.
To be fair, Kamala Harris called Joe Biden a racist, misogynist and a whole host of insults, when she was running for President. Biden looked past that and picked her. It appears Trump has done the same. Some-people say that Americans do not vote for a Vice President. That is false.They do. They become the POTUS should the elected president not be able to serve.
Vance impressed Trump, helping him go to East Palestine Ohio for the train derailment. He also penned an opinion praising Trump . He also took to donors, helping to raise money for Trump. Vance comes across very well on television and is able to articulate himself well.
He is a firm believer against abortion. He needs to come around to soften his rhetoric and responses on key issues like the Affordable Care Act and the minimum wage.
Vance is wealthy and well educated. He can raise money. He will speak during the Republican National Convention.
