Arrest Made In Roosevelt Mall Shooting

Philadelphi9a Police announced the arrest of Robert Kling, 25, from the 2700 block of Lardner Street, in connection with the shooting in the parking lot of the Roosevelt Mall, earlier this week.
Kling surrendered to police yesterday and spent the day in custody, being processed. He will face charged of Aggravated Assault as well as gun charges. He did not have a license for the pistol that was used, police said.
Kling allegedly fired one shot at a 61 year old female after she bumped his car. There was no damage, but a woman who was with Kling was egging him on. She has not been identified as of yet. This area has multiple cameras and license plate readers. Had Kling not turned himself in, in just just a matter of time when police would be at his door with a warrant.
