Thief Steals From Wheelchair Bound Woman

Anew kind of low is to steal from someone that you can see is disabled. That is exactly what happened September 13 2024 when the female in the above photo came across a female who was in a wheelchair as she was on the 1000 block of Market Street in Center City Philadelphia .
The woman in the wheelchair had her purse and the woman in the above photo grabbed it, rifled through it, taking $800.00 in cash and then giving the purse back to the victim. She then fled on food in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black female with long braided hair, wearing glasses, a white shirt, black pants and blue and white sneakers.
