Watch As Male Breaks Traffic Barricade In Philly and Costs Himself $8000.00

A male who thought it was funny and he was having a good time is not going to be smiling in the near future. He walked into the LOVE Park garage and as he approached the closed barricade, he lifted it up and kept it up, causing it to break. The estimated repair costs are about $8000.00 police said.
He was smiling as he lifted the gate and it was all caught on security camera. This happened on October 5,2024 about 5:30 PM, according to cops. There was no reason to touch the gate. He could have walked around it or ducked under it.
The male is described as a black male, wearing all grey clothing. The garage is at 1501 JFK Blvd. He seems to be smiling at other people in the garage who are not in the above video.
